Please check your address upon ordering for any errors as as our despatch team is a separate warehouse and we are not able to add to, cancel or change orders once they've been finalised. If your order has been dispatched, you can submit a redirection
Can I get tracked shipping?
If you selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email with trackable Aus Post info - please check your junk mail! If you wish for your item to be sent via tracked and/or express post, please select the tracked and/or express option at checkout.
What postal service do you use?
We use Australia Post’s eParcel service to ship all orders. International orders may utilise a courier service, depending on current availabilities.
Do you offer in-person pick-up?
Our despatch team is based in a private warehouse that doesn't allow public access, so we are not able to offer pickups.
Do you ship on weekends and public holidays?
Orders leave our warehouse in the early afternoon on weekdays when postal services are available to pick up your order. Your delivery may occur on a weekend, depending if Australia Post offers this (often around Christmas).
What if I’m not home to accept my delivery?
All orders are sent using Australia Post’s signature on delivery service to ensure that you get your order directly to you (yes, people do take parcels from doorsteps!). If you believe you won't be available for delivery, we recommend allocating your
