If your order has been delivered and signed for, yet it is not your signature on the proof of delivery document, please contact Australia Post to start an investigation. We are happy to also look into it if Aus Post allows us to as the sender - email [email protected]. You will be able to find your tracking details in the email you received when your order was dispatched.
If there have been no physical scans on your order for more than 7 days, please email us at [email protected] so we are able to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
Please note that during peak traffic times like Black Friday or Boxing Day, during pandemics, natural disasters or service disruptions, scanning and updates may be reduced.
