How do I return an item?Updated 2 months ago

1. Initiate a Return via the Returns Portal:

  • Submit a return request via our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Select your return reason and confirm that the item meets our return conditions

2. Ship the Item Back:

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • You will have access to purchase a prepaid return label for $15 through our returns portal.
  • Keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

2. Return Processing & Fees:

  • Once received, your return will be inspected within 5 business days.
  • If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will incur a $10 processing and restocking fee, deducted from your refund total.
  • If your order included a free gift, its value will be deducted from the refund unless all items are returned.

We are unable to offer direct exchanges or hold stock for replacements due to our fast-moving inventory. Additionally, we must inspect all returns before issuing store credit or a refund.

  • If you’d like a different item, place a new order while your return is being processed.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit or a refund (minus applicable fees).
