Can I make a return?Updated 2 months ago
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you do wish to return an item, you can easily initiate the process through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
Items can be returned for store credit or a refund (minus processing fees) if:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item is a full-priced item. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, but core range items can be returned for store credit if the discount was 20% off or less. Any further discount, final sale or sale or mystery bundles are not eligible for returns, store credits or exchanges.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging (dust bags, labels, protective padding, etc.).
- Returns missing packaging or showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
- Earring holders, and product care items cannot be returned due to hygiene or usage reasons.
